These look interesting, and have a good price. Has anyone used these?

I have some. They don't put off as much light as I would have liked.

I have a question.

The web site says that it recharges with any light.

If that it is true, then why doesn't it self recharge while it is glowing?

They look to be just vacum sealed bags of strontium aluminate which is a photoluminescent pigment. It's pretty neat stuff and is very versatile.
Some of the uses it can be put to can be seen here:http://liquidlightpaint.com/examples.htm

I dont know but i still chuckle when i hear the phrase "solar powered flashlight"
There are some riflescopes that have an illuminated reticle that is charged by shining another light on it.
i would like to see how bright the paqlite is
