Thank you so much for the links, Cherokee. I gave away my cast iron cookware when we went full time RVing back in 1995, so I'm stocking up again at Lehman's. Really appreciate the rrecipe info. phylm

Every spring Camp Chef in Logan has a DOG (dutch oven gathering) in their parking lot. You basically come cook, have a great potluck together, and then have the chance to "tour" the warehouse and buy some items at incredible deals. They have tightened the rules on it this year so you have to cook to be eligible for prizes and to tour the warehouse. The prizes are very nice and the odds of winning high. Here is the info:

CAMP CHEF D.O.G.
June 7th, 2008
675 North 600 West
Logan, Utah

Setup Starts at 9 am

Cooking by 10 am

Lunch at 12 pm

It’s time to put the competition cooking gloves aside and
share in the love of all things cast iron. Come join us on
our front lawn for a relaxing DOG and to swap stories and recipes.
New this year…The tickets handed out for the prize raffle
will be only for those cooking (or a part of a cooking party) and will be used as your pass for the warehouse tour.

PM me if you are going - maybe we can have a Lamp Oil party there!

That would be "sooo" cool. My wife and I were called to be cooks at girls camp (June 6-10). Maybe next year, as I'm always in the market for another Dutch Oven or assorted cast iron.
