More or less, I think I'm done with my cut/paste of the Mesa Cannery Food Storage Cookbook.

I've proof read several times and have looked up the embedded page references and to my tired eyes it looks ready.

What I need is a couple of volunteers to do it one last time.

Your choice,
I will either email you the word document and let you print it out
OR
I will mail you a printed copy for you to use.

Once I get any errors corrected a couple sets of fresh eyes may find, I'll get a Moderator to post the word document for download.

I didn't get very far in reading it, SWMBO had other plans for my schedule.
