Flu Medicine/Prevention Best Buys
Here are some good buys on some things people have said may be useful for H1N1. I'm sure there are better prices somewhere but I concentrated (mostly) on a couple of health food stores I have used in the past in order to save money on shipping... If you find better prices please share.

Inhalers
I can hook you up if you want to buy these in bulk. They are excellent for adding 8-15 drops of Thieves EO/Wild Oregano Oil. If used a little more than hourly they may work as a deterrent to the flu...at least the thieves during the black plague thought so.

Instructions for flu from "Christopher" site:
Avoid all animal products (especially dairy) and go on a liquid diet of fresh juices and plenty of distilled water and red raspberry tea. Make sure the bowels are moving so as to eliminate toxins quickly. Next, lubricate the body liberally with garlic oil (fresh garlic pressed into olive oil) - especially the chest and soles of the feet. This is an easy way to take in a lot of garlic. You can get a recipe for onion soup.

"Christopher's" article for flu
She wasn’t up to going to the store so I questioned her to see what she had in the house that she could use. I told her about this simple remedy which includes the juice from two apples, four stalks of celery, and one inch square of ginger.

Looking at Dr. Blaylock's and Dr. Stan Gardners articles I decided to look for some of the supplements they recommend, below is what I found in my search...

Articles:

http://www.meridianmagazine.com/heal...0928swine.html (http://www.meridianmagazine.com/healthyoutlook/090928swine.html)

http://rense.com/general87/vaccin.htm

Vitamins:

Vitamin A
http://www.iherb.com/Life-Extension-...-oz/14320?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Life-Extension-Liquid-Emulsified-Vitamin-A-1-fl-oz/14320?at=0) Important health warnings if you take too much of this if you are pregnant, etc. according to the sites.

Vitamin E
http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-E-Oil...30-ml/565?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-E-Oil-Double-Strength-1-fl-oz-30-ml/565?at=0) Natural source it says.

Iron
http://www.iherb.com/21st-Century-He...ets/12232?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/21st-Century-Health-Care-Iron-65-mg-100-Tablets/12232?at=0) Dr. Blaylock's article says leave out the iron for the vaccine, and this product is not the easiest iron on the stomach, some are more buffered, easily absorbed.

Herbal Iron
http://www.iherb.com/Herbal-Iron-For...aps/14978?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Herbal-Iron-Formula-450-mg-100-Veggie-Caps/14978?at=0) I read that yellow dock is supposed to 50 percent iron, but I don't know if that is true or not.

Astragalus Root
http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Answer...0-ml/5578?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Answer-Astragalus-Root-Alcohol-Free-1-fl-oz-30-ml/5578?at=0)

Beta Glucan
http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Beta-...Vcaps/406?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Beta-1-3-1-6-D-Glucan-100-mg-90-Vcaps/406?at=0)

EPA/DHA Fish Oils
http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Emulsif...5-ml/2371?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Emulsified-Super-Twin-EPA-DHA-Fish-Oil-12-fl-oz-355-ml/2371?at=0) This is the probably cheaper if you take a 1/2 T compared to the capsule, but the capsule would probably taste better. There is also EPA/DHA in the krill oil capsules along with the astaxanthin.

http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Mega-Tw...gels/4301?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Mega-Twin-EPA-Fish-Oil-1200-mg-60-Softgels/4301?at=0)

Quercetin
http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Querc...Vcaps/774?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Quercetin-500-mg-100-Vcaps/774?at=0)

Astaxanthin
http://www.iherb.com/Source-Naturals...gels/1363?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Source-Naturals-NKO-Neptune-Krill-Oil-500-mg-30-Softgels/1363?at=0) (astaxanthin, EPA, DHA, omega-3, etc.)

Zinc
http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Zinc-Ca...les/16921?at=0 (http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Zinc-Caps-50-mg-90-Capsules/16921?at=0)

I didn't do the research to see what type of vitamins are most absorbed, easiest on the stomach, fished from antartica, etc. I was mostly looking for the most mg for the buck, so these may not be the best, but it is a start. I looked at i-herb not because it was the cheapest but because it was the only one I could find that had vitamin A drops and because supposedly you can use QEZ507 if you are first time buyer and get a discount, if that doesn't work try JEL437 (from tjoos.com)

If I were to buy these I would probably compare with vitacost.com first. If I were only buying one of these I might use a search engine such as thefind.com.
