Default Received our replacement fruit trees today

Last week I finally sent in the packing slips to that outfit in Bloomington, Il., that hires people to send out their nursery catalogs from several states. Great prices, but quality sometimes iffy. We had a number of fruit trees and grapes that never grew. They were johnny-on-the-spot in replacing them, though.

We received all of them them today, and I'm happy to report that the plants all look healthy, and most of them have new growth already started. They were out of Moorpark apricots, so they sent another nectarine, which please me no end. Our fruit grove is filling out nicely now.
We now have 2 new paw paw trees that look like they'll make it this time, to join the 2 mulberry trees that grew the first time.

My paw paw trees died. I think they weren't getting enough sun.

One of my plum trees just died, too. Looks like maybe a deer wandered into our yard and chewed on it. I still have 2 other plums, but I'd planted the 3rd plum as a cross-pollinator. Guess I'd better order another one for fall planting.
