Default The ideal Preparedness Fair setup

This is 100% my opinion, but, of course, my opinions are always correct.

I am going to outline what I believe it be the ideal setup of a LDS Preparedness fair, and wanted some input and suggestions to make it even better.

There needs to be one door designate as the main entrance. We should try to get everyone through there. Then when they walk into the Cultural Hall, the first table will be titled "All Is Safely Gathered In". We ideally would have at least 2 people here (one who speaks Spanish). They briefly introduce the current Church council as contained in these 2 pamphlets and have them available in both English & Spanish for anyone who wants them.

The next table is The Basics: Three Month Supply. There will be 2 people (one who speaks Spanish) where they discuss this first step in the basics of home storage; the how and why. Some displays of basic normal food.

The next table is The Basics: Drinking Water. There will be 2 people (one who speaks Spanish) where they discuss why and how to store water. If there is a class that is being held on water storage and/or water purification, this booth will refer to a class that is being held on water storage for more in depth information.

The next table is The Basics: Financial Reserve. There will be 2 people (one who speaks Spanish) where they discuss the principles of Family Finances. If there is a class that is being held on finances, they will refer to the class for more in depth information. The class will give out the One For The Money Pamphlet.

The Next Table is The Basics: Longer-Term Storage. Have the display about year supply per person. There will be 2 people (one who speaks Spanish) where they discuss longer term storage and rotating some of it into your normal diet. Could also talk about the Home Storage Center ("the Cannery"), including the changes to them later this year.

Everything else is "beyond the basics", including 72-hour kits.

Somewhere else in the cultural hall is a "Spiritual table". There would be a set of Full-time Missionaries there, who could answer questions about the Church, why we as a Church feels the need to be prepared spiritually and temporally. A short video playing would be nice also. Some Church pamphlets would be good to have also.
