Church focus on preparedness

I don't think it would be news to anyone here to say that the church has been focusing a lot on preparation lately. But it was interesting to me that at a local faire the local wards got together and had a table on preparedness. Not just physical preparedness, of course, but spiritual and financial. Still, I thought it was very interesting that a large part of the display was on physical preparedness. In a way it makes sense because of the recent tornado in the area. Still, it's news to me that the church preaches physical preparedness to non-members.

Ahh, but we should do more of it. Our Prophet is the prophet for the world, NOT just the church.
