    Default Freezer Jam

I got some strawberry freezer jam out the other day and it was kinda' runny. What did I do wrong? The flavor was fine, but it easily dripped off the side of the bread.

DH thinks I should forget freezer jam altogether and just bottle all the jam... in case the power goes out, too.

Do you guys do freezer jam or mostly bottled jam?

I do both but we love the taste of freezer jam - yum! It is what gets used. Some of my other jam is getting old.
