I want way more than five, but if I must stick to that number:

onion powder
garlic powder
chives
italian seasoning (I'd much prefer to have the herbs individually if this wasn't a number game.)
chili powder (A blend with a hint of kick, but not as strong as cayenne, say a tsp of cayenne in a half cup of plain chili powder.)

Well, since I grow my own chilies, garlic and onions, that frees up some slots.
1-pepper
2-cinnamon
3-cumin
4-curry
5-cloves

But I still want to squeeze in a few more (for cooking as well as medicinal): ginger, cardamom, allspice, fennel

Salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Dill
And Italian Seasoning "Blend".

If the last one is not within the context, then I would choose Oregeno.

Now food wise the top 5 would be Bacon, sugar, chocolate ...chocolate sugar.....etc..:l0 (58):

Non spice flavoring that I can't live without are Maggi Chicken Flavor Bouillon and Cons-Mate Tomato and chicken flavor concentrate. (My boys ask me almost every day to boil spaghetti noodles in the Cons-mate because it colors the spaghetti red.) :)
