Current Cost of Starter Kits

I am no longer seeing the ordering link for starter kits from provident living and/or lds.org...am I missing it?

They are no longer $18.69 each at the canneries...the new price for a starter kit is $23.70. The price including shipping is 25.95 right now at ldscatalog.
