Interesting. If you can keep it dry it is a good choice. Since my food is in a humid place I guess I better just pray and hope for the best.

The other thing was they recommended using a lot more than I have heard 1 cup per 25 pounds. I'm not reopening my buckets...

I guess there is protein value in weevil right?

With the prices of wheat I might be using it sooner than I thought.

I use diatomaceous and boric acid around the house, sheds, flower beds etc as a bug fighter.

Wear a mask when you use this stuff, it's very bad for you to breath. Don't put it where you're going to kick it up all the time and you may inhale it.

Ingestion is okay with food grade DE. Make sure there are no additives, some insecticide varieties have not-edible stuff mixed in them.

Add goggles if you are really throwing the stuff around.
Since the mad cow thing, supposedly you should wear a mask when using bone meal also.
